Name: Steamrise

Short Appearance: A somewhat lanky tom with a white fur coat that is dappled with gray stripes and spots with a pair of olive-green eyes.
Appearance: Steamrise is a serious warrior, and this characteristic shines through in his build. Although a relatively long tom, beneath his silvery pelt you can see his muscles rippling with his every move. Keep in mind that he is not thick but compact, so although he is strong he does not show it in his size, and this is what causes him to be greatly underestimated by most cats. His pelt is like that of the moon's reflection on the river, his chest is nearly white like that of the moon's first impression on the water and it gradually turns a darker silver the farther you get from the epicenter. To even more represent the night river, his pelt is covered in a series of spots of a darker gray than the silver below. This is true for most of his body, but on his forelegs, tail, and head there are stripes dark enough to almost be considered black, yet they still accentuate the ripple-like effect of the markings on his pelt. The last pawlength of his tail is a dark black and it is because of this that many say that any malevolent thought or emotion of his originates from this part of his tail.

His eyes parallel his smokey appearance because though they are a deep olive green, they are diluted with a stream of silver sparkle that gives his eyes a clouded appearance from afar. Even the sweet pink of his ears have a white feel to them, while his nose and pads blend into his stripes by carrying a darker feel to them. Nobody would want to have to fight this warrior in the fog, he would dissapear without trying and strike where his opponent is most vulnerable.

Personality: Compassionate and empathetic, Steamrise has always had a heart for other cats and does his best to help those in need. Despite this he can be a brutal warrior, his empathy only extends to those that he allows it to, and when it is time to fight, all compassion is lost upon his foe. He is known for his ruthless fighting styles and is generally avoided in combat whenever possible. However, this side of him is only seen as often as the next battle, and those aren't very common in this age of peace... All in all he is a well mannered warrior, he minds his position well in the clan and respects those who deserve it. He has been noted to be great with kits and apprentices alike, and although he is harder on the latter, many enjoy his company and he treats them all as if they were his own. Although he has never pronounced himself leader of anything, he tends to fall into step as the head of patrols and hunting parties by default, unless the deputy or leader have also chosen to take part in this outing. When intereacting with others he likes to be mischevious, but this attribute shows itself the most when he is attracted to a female and wants to get her attention. Otherwise, he is quick to react to orders given to him from his superiors and will always be a loyal member of Riverclan.
One-Sentence Personality: Kind and thoughtful of others but has some mischeif that tends to shine through, especially around females; he is family/clan oriented and will do anything to protect them, so when he fights an enemy in battle it is not pretty.
